COLLEGE FOOTBALL PICK
BOISE ST OVER COLO ST. BY 35
BOISE STATE (-32.0, ov54.0)
COLORADO STATE (+32.0, un54.0) Boise State
(5-0 SU/3-2 ATS) has a super-talented team led by senior QB Kellen Moore (17 TDs, 4 INTs). They
had an impressive 35-21 win at the Georgia Dome over the Bulldogs. Moore carved up Georgia's
3-4 defense completing 28 of 34 for 261 yards. Therefore, he should have little trouble in
ringing up the Rams pass defense. The Broncos are 20-6 ATS in their last 26 road games.
Colorado State has had two weeks to prepare. The Colorado State Rams have sophomore QB Pete
Thomas (6 TDs, 5 interceptions). The offense is average at best. That offense looked anemic in
the opener, a 14-10 win at a bad New Mexico squad, so they'll find the going tough against the
Broncos top notch D. Colorado State star linebacker Mychal Sisson is out indefinitely after
undergoing surgery on his right ankle. With a lot of youngsters in the secondary, the
opposition will look to expose their inexperience. Bombs away. Another winning college football pick.
Projected Score: Boise State 48, Colorado State 13

PICK
BENGALS OVER COLTS BY 10 INDIANAPOLIS COLTS
(+7.0, ov40.5)
CINCINNATI BENGALS (-7.0, un40.5) Slugfest
between two teams with tough defenses and no offenses. The Colts have a lot of problems withou
QB Peyton Manning. QB Curtis Painter has been weak, completing under 50% of his passes. This
offensive line is bad and hurting: RG Ryan Diem and DT Fili Moala both have ankle injuries.
OMG! Cincinnati has the top defense in the NFL. The defense held the high scoring Bills to 20
points, so they should dominate the paltry Colt offense. The Bengals can collapse the pocket
with a good young D-line, led by DE Jonathan Fanene, who consistently beats double teams, and
tackle Geno Atkins. The Bengals are 17-34-2 ATS in their last 52 games in October. The under is
11-3 in Bengals last 14 games as a home favorite. The favorite is 6-2 ATS in their last 8
meeting. So this one figures as a low scoring Bengal cover. Take the Bengals, the tick (under)
or both. A winning NFL
pick.
Projected Score: Bengals 24, Colts 14
